False Moral is a 2D side-scrolling video game demo. In which, you play as a robot whose arcane power source has been reignited after what seems to be a millennium of slumber. The player's objective is to collect keys in order to unlock a monolithic door. This project was made possible by the combination of the story and game concept that I created and, my partner, Aubin Schuler's ability to make it all come to life in beautiful pixel art and animation. Coding the project together was one of the most rewarding processes of my life, and using the art assets that Aubin made to build this level was an absolute dream come true. Once Aubin and I got the game into its final iterations I reached out to my talented friend Bryce Bishop who tied the bow on the project with a sound track that was better than I could have ever hoped for.
